MY SERVICES

I provide the following services to guide the householder through the various stages from initial design to obtaining Local Authority approvals and hiring builders:

  • Visit the client's home to discuss their requirements and give advice on various design guides and Local Authority requirements
  • Provide a free no-obligation quotation to prepare plans and drawings and to submit them for Local Authority approval.
  • Indicate fees charged by the Local Authority.
  • Carry out a measured survey of the property
  • Prepare CAD drawings and plans to meet the client's design requirements.
  • Act as the client's agent and submit completed plans to the Local Authority for Planning and Building Regulations approvals.
  • Liaise with the Local Authority Planning and Building Control departments throughout the submission period.
  • If steelwork is to be used in the project I can supply structural calculations necessary to meet the requirements of the Local Authority Building Control Officer.
